What I like about the job is the growth of learning and the many different components of the job. I like the fact that we continually strive for quality services and how the company is big on safety.

Kimberly Chatman, Filter Technician/Trainer
Years with BFC: 3

Working for this company has been a huge blessing and answer to prayer! Before I got this job, I was struggling to keep up with "normal" jobs. I need a job that allows me to operate independently and also keeps me on my feet instead of being cooped up in an office all day. This company really takes care of their technicians by providing everything we need to be successful, and they don't micromanage us either. (At least in my team) The company has also made big strides in improving the back end of the company to make the jobs of the technicians more streamlined and less frustrating. Whether it's how filters are packaged, or how the routes are layed out, or even the tools we use. The company often listens to feedback and does their best to implement change based on that feedback.

Mostly what I like about working for BFC is the ability to grow with the company – the opportunity to move up in the company.

James Gambrel, Regional Service Manager

Schedule flexibility and expenses coverage. And when work is plentiful, the unlimited overtime.

Joseph Guevara, Filter Technician
Years with BFC: 6 months

I enjoy the freedom that I have to be outdoors. Sun exposure is an essential health need that I get to enjoy almost daily.

Marvin Simelton, Filter Technician
Years with BFC: 6

The thing I like most about my job is helping my team and my RSM [Regional Service Manager] achieve our goals during the month. Control overtime and indirect hours. I also love to solve problems and interact with customers.

Jason Padilla, Lead Technician
Years with BFC: 3
(Progressed from Service Technician)

I like that I can park the work truck at home, there are all the benefits with BFC, company card, truck, hotels etc. I love that day to day, I have so much quiet time to myself. I like that I don't feel like anyone is breathing down my shoulder; I show up, work and go home after a LONG day.

D. Lehman, Service Technician
Years with BFC: 1

I like the teamwork and working as a team. I like the fact of running my route as if it was my own business.
