The industries we serve.

Different formats. The same planned programs.

Grocery, convenience, restaurants and retail — and the property and facilities teams who answer for all of them. What changes by industry is the load on the equipment and the cadence it needs. What doesn’t change is that our own technicians do the work, on schedule, at every location on the list.

The most important routine work is most often the first that gets skipped. That is the work we do.

Where the work happens.

Consistently. Reliably. Efficiently.

Each of these industries puts a different load on their HVAC equipment. Leaning on 60+ years’ experience, we develop a service program and cadence for the greatest impact.

Grocery Stores

With razor-thin margins and up to ~60% of a store’s energy consumption from HVAC and refrigeration, maintaining equipment efficiency and performance is critical.

Convenience Stores

Frequently open 24/7, high foot traffic, and strong customer loyalty. The HVAC and refrigerated cases and coolers are expected to work non-stop to drive in-store sales.

Restaurants & Chains

Kitchens load air filters quickly and the customer experience is directly tied to the comfort, indoor air quality and food safety that reliable HVAC and refrigeration protects.

Retail Stores

Large spaces, multiple sites, and high utility costs. Any missed filter, belt or coil service directly impacts HVAC energy efficiency and in-store customer comfort.

When the sites belong to someone else.

You manage the work. We put every visit on record.

Tenants and clients judge the work by what comes back from it. Every visit is documented with before-and-after photos and site-level reporting in ReportLink™, so you can prove the work was done when they ask.

Property Management & Commercial Real Estate

Portfolios where the landlord carries the rooftop unit and/or a tenant may be responsible for maintenance.

Facilities Management

The recurring scope of service work an FM firm manages for a client, documented per site so findings go straight up the chain.

This is what we do.

What changes is which ones run, how often, and on what equipment.

Each service program is planned, self-performed by our own technicians, and documented per visit in ReportLink™

Air filter replacement

Filters sized to each unit, changed on schedule rather than when someone notices. Delivered with the PleatLink® Filtration System.

Coil cleaning

Condenser and evaporator coils cleaned before buildup costs the unit capacity and more energy $$ on your already high utility bill.

Belt replacement

Supply and exhaust fan belts replaced before they stretch, slip or snap under load – and then end up costing far more than a belt.

Return air vent cleaning

Dry, vacuum-only cleaning of return vents to protect air quality and cleanliness. And the only part of the HVAC system customers actually see.

Refrigerated case and cooler cleaning

Walk-ins, reach-ins, display cases and coolers cleaned so they hold temperature and protect product.

Asset data collection

Make, model and serial captured per unit, so you have record of what is actually on each roof across every location in your portfolio.

Your eyes on every roof.

Our technicians take photos and document what they find on every service visit. They take before and after photos of the work they perform on each unit, and capture and log other things they find while on site. These site issues range anywhere from holes on the roof, to safety-related concerns like a broken roof hatch, to issues that require immediate attention like a frozen coil.

All site issues go into ReportLink™ with photos, notes and location detail, so a regional facilities or operations manager can review and take action. It also provides a record that compliance or facilities may need to evidence that the service program ran at a given site on a given date.

Our technicians identify around 40k+ site issues a year, and every one of them reaches our customers unpriced. BFC does planned work only and never quotes a repair, so the issues found and reported are not written by anyone who stands to gain from it.

I’m so sold on this it’s not even funny. This BFC program is amazing if that’s how they treat my store every visit. Everything is documented with pictures and notes in the report. Estimated life expectancy left on a unit is helpful for planning repairs and replacements. So professional and courteous to my managers.

Tyler Hamilton, Managing Partner/GM

Over the nearly nine years I have had the privilege of working with BFC Solutions they have consistently demonstrated what it means to be a reliable and forward-thinking partner in commercial facilities maintenance. Their competitive pricing, strong administrative performance, and robust recurring service capabilities have made them a dependable choice across a wide range of operational needs.

Sinjen Miller, Managing Director
CBRE

I cannot speak on our company's behalf in current position but can share what I have seen thus far… The BFC team showed up on time, with equipment needed, and employees that were ready to work with a good attitude. The (BFC) team showed discipline from cell phones disruption and was focused on delivering quality work… (I’m) confident we have the right company BFC serving H-E-B with our business needs.

Tony Klaus, Consultant to H-E-B Facilities
Former H-E-B store manager

BFC is a long-time partner and one that has been nothing but professional, timely and efficient. Their service is one that we can count on and do not have to follow up wondering if the job was done. In rare occasions where an issue arises the problem is taken seriously and the follow through is concise. I am a fan!
